What is energy healing:
Energy healing is the diagnostic and therapeutic use of energy to restore balance, improve health and support healing in the human body. Energy healing is similar of ancient forms of medicine like Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Reiki, Qigong and quantum energy healing, in which a practitioner balances emotional energy and channels healing energy to support the recipient's body and mind.
What is the Body Code:
A comprehensive system for finding and clearing energy blocks and trapped emotions that can cause discomfort, mental stress and physical disorders. By releasing these blocks and imbalances, we can supports your body's natural ability to heal itself.
What is remote healing:
When you release trapped emotions or correct energetic imbalances from someone at a distance, it is a form of remote or distance energy healing. Distance healing works on the principle of quantum entanglement, which suggests that everything in the universe is connected. This means that through intention and mutual agreement, the energy of the practitioner and the recipient can be connected, regardless of the physical distance between them. This method of connection for healing purposes has been documented and practiced extensively by Emotion & Body Code practitioners as well as healers
using other energy healing techniques.
Each healing session may include (but is not limited to) the release and correction of trapped emotions,
structural and energetic imbalances in the body, as well as recommendations to address nutritional deficiencies and toxicity. Sessions can either be working toward general wellness, or targeted to address specific physical or emotional issues.
What is Mindfulness:
A mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations.
Clinical studies have documented both the physical- and mental-health benefits of a mindfulness practice when used as a therapeutic technique.
The practice of mindfulness can be a preventive strategy to halt the development of mental-health problems and has been said to enable individuals to respond more effectively to stressful situations by helping them strike the balance between over-identification and suppression of their emotional experiences by finding the middle point which is recognition and acceptance.
Further more, a mindfulness practice can favourably influence the immune system, as well as reduce inflammation, which can consequently impact physical health.
We teach several different mindfulness and meditation practices tailored to children and adults,
for beginners as well as experienced meditators.
Payment:
The cost of a 30 minute Emotion Code healing session is €60,00
The cost of a 45 minute Body Code healing session is €80,00
Payment is required before the beginning of the session.
Accepted forms of payment: cash, PayPal or money transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a refund.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling:
Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Exceptions:
Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
